Return Policy for all items except Wetsuits:

If an item was not to your preference, we understand! We offer store credit only (no refunds) for non-sale items. Sale items are final.

Before you return the item, please note: the item must be unworn, unused, and undamaged. We will not accept the return otherwise. Item must be returned within 30 days from purchase. Shipping fee to be paid by the customer (we do not offer paid shipping labels). Once item is inspected/approved by us, we will issue a store credit which will be emailed to you.

Return Policy for Wetsuits:

The OCN Culture team personally QC's our product thoroughly, before we ship out to our customers. We stand by our QC process and have the right to refuse any return request where the product has been damaged after we have shipped it out to the customer. 

Size Exchanges for Wetsuits (*when purchased directly from OCN Culture): 

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange your suit for a different size, and shipping will be free of charge if within the United States.  Contact us at carlina@ocnculture.com and we will provide a return label. Your suit must be delivered back to us in the same/ original box, and the wetsuit must be new/ unused, in pristine condition (no damages), and must have the original packaging. Upon receipt of your suit and our examination and approval of the condition of the suit, we will send your desired new size back to you. 

*For shipping addresses outside of the United States, the consumer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs.

Returns for Wetsuits (*when purchased directly from OCN Culture)

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to receive a full refund for any non-sale wetsuit, and shipping will be free of charge if within the United States.  Sale items are final. Contact us at carlina@ocnculture.com and we will provide a return label. Your suit must be delivered back to us in the same/ original box, and the wetsuit must be new/ unused, in pristine condition (no damages), and must have the original packaging. Upon receipt of your suit and our examination and approval of the condition of the suit, we will notify you to let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed back to the credit card used.
